- Manage end-to-end billing cycles including invoice generation, processing, and reconciliation
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and client payment issues with precision
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance
- Implement and optimize billing workflows using Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and support audits
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system usage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing/revenue cycle management experience in B2B SaaS
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP systems
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
