- Collaborate with providers to ensure documentation compliance with HIPAA/CMS guidelines
- Implement process improvements to reduce AR days by 15% annually
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and CPT/ICD-10 updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with EHR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expert knowledge of UB-04 and CMS-1500 claim forms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing analytics tools
