Responsibilities
- Execute monthly close procedures and reconcile accounts during weekend shifts
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend transaction processing
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend compliance reviews
- Maintain financial controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead weekend accounting team meetings and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Proven experience with multi-state financial operations
