Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for complex healthcare claims
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials through systematic analysis
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate charge capture
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and key performance metrics
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and software systems
- Ensure HIPAA and ACA compliance in all billing activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare billing experience
- Expertise in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Experience with third-party payer negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
