- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and claim denials with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and negotiate reimbursements
- Train junior billing staff on best practices and software proficiency
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent credential required
- Expert proficiency in Epic Resolute and Meditech billing modules
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proven ability to resolve complex claim denials in high-volume environments
