- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for optimal cash flow
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) a plus
