Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation processes
- Support budget preparation and forecasting activities
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP) for data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun, 8am-5pm)
- Certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
- Experience with financial audits and compliance
