Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations for 500+ provider accounts
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and insurance claim denials
- Optimize charge capture processes using Epic EMR systems
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate documentation
- Train junior staff on billing compliance and best practices
- Prepare monthly financial reports for department leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial insurance
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC-A credential required
- Expertise in Epic Resolute and Centricity billing platforms
- Proficient in MS Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with HIPAA and CMS compliance regulations
- Experience with RCM analytics and performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex claim resolution
