- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify insurance eligibility and documentation
- Generate monthly revenue reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Train staff on billing software updates and regulatory changes
- Oversee accounts receivable aging and collection strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in Epic, NextGen, or Medisoft billing platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to maintain 99% billing accuracy under tight deadlines
