- Execute end-to-end billing processes for enterprise clients
- Reconcile accounts receivable with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Analyze chargeback discrepancies and resolve payment disputes
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and billing compliance
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Optimize billing workflows using automation tools
- Train junior staff on billing protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume billing experience
- Expertise in medical or enterprise billing systems
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills with VBA knowledge
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven audit compliance track record
- Experience with EDI 835/837 processing
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
