Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in US healthcare
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials
- Expertise in Epic, Cerner, or NextGen billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Proven ability to reduce DSO by 15%+ in previous roles
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Power BI proficiency
- Exceptional communication for payer negotiations
