- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and collections processes
- Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies
- Train junior billing staff on compliance protocols and software systems
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Optimize billing workflows using Epic and NextGen EHR systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with ICD-10/CPT coding
- Advanced proficiency in medical billing software (Epic/NextGen)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with HIPAA compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
