- Generate executive revenue cycle performance reports
- Mentor junior billing staff on compliance protocols
- Implement process improvements using Epic EMR systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in ambulatory care
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and HIPAA compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute RCM modules
- Proven track record of reducing AR days by 20%+
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Experience with Kansas Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield workflows
