- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and client inquiries within SLA
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams on contract terms and revenue recognition
- Analyze billing data to identify process improvements and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and GAAP revenue recognition standards
- Maintain accurate documentation in NetSuite ERP system
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume billing experience in B2B tech sector
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table mastery
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.01% error tolerance)
