Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile weekly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable for the weekend cycle.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly tax filings and annual audits.
- Conduct internal financial reviews to ensure strict adherence to GAAP and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and correct discrepancies with high precision.
- Generate detailed financial reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
