Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies or exceptions.
- Prepare and process weekly payments via wire transfer, ACH, or checks.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor files in the accounting system.
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
- Assist in month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
