Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry
- Perform internal audits and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial analysis
- Adhere to GAAP and industry regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to pursue CPA/CMA certification (company-sponsored)
