Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end billing operations for enterprise clients
- Analyze and resolve complex billing discrepancies with 99% accuracy
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite
- Collaborate with finance teams on month-end closing procedures
- Develop and implement billing process improvements
- Conduct periodic audits of billing systems and documentation
- Train junior staff on billing compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in medical/enterprise billing
- Expertise in billing software (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Proven ability to reduce DSO by 15%+
