Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, submission, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients and internal departments
- Analyze account aging reports and implement collection strategies
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and Salesforce systems
- Prepare monthly billing reports for executive review
- Optimize billing workflows to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, or ERP billing modules
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS billing a plus
