- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce DSO by 15%
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HIPAA compliance in billing workflows
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and new regulatory updates
- Generate monthly revenue reports with actionable insights for leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Revenue Cycle Certification (RCC) required
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute and Cerner billing modules
- Expert knowledge of CMS 1500 forms and UB-04 claim submissions
- Proven track record of reducing claim denials below 5%
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue cycle analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
