Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume financial transactions with precision and adherence to compliance standards

- Resolve complex client inquiries and escalate issues to senior management when necessary
- Maintain strict cash management protocols and reconcile daily transactions
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking or high-volume financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation CC, Reg E, BSA)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with high-pressure scenarios
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
