- Analyze financial data to create accurate forecasts and models
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance trends
- Support budgeting processes and cost optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial outcomes
- Develop ad-hoc financial models for strategic projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
