Responsibilities
- Execute complex financial transactions with precision and security
- Build and maintain high-net-worth client relationships
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products
- Resolve escalated client inquiries with exceptional service

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume banking experience
- Proven track record in cash handling and fraud prevention
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error transaction history
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
