- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within 48-hour turnaround
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with month-end closing processes
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
