Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies/procedures accordingly
- Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to staff
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with legal and leadership on compliance initiatives
- Ensure adherence to AML, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (e.g., FINRA, HIPAA)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in compliance software and MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) preferred
