Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and reports using Excel and BI tools.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Present financial data and insights to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
