Responsibilities
- Process high-volume financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Train and mentor junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service standards
- Conduct daily cash management and ATM replenishment duties
- Collaborate with branch management to improve service efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking or customer service role
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, AML)
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Associate degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
