Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with precision and maintain 100% accuracy in daily balancing
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving complex account inquiries and building lasting client relationships
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and services
- Train and mentor junior tellers on operational procedures and compliance standards
- Process advanced transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and loan payments
- Enforce strict security protocols and fraud detection measures to safeguard customer assets
- Collaborate with branch management to optimize operational efficiency and service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail banking environment with proven transaction volume
- Expert knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation CC, EFTA, BSA/AML) and compliance procedures
- Advanced proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional cash handling accuracy with zero discrepancies in prior roles
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience handling escalated customer situations
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred)
