Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of daily cash and non-cash transactions with precision and adherence to strict security protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving complex inquiries efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell financial products, such as loans and savings accounts, to meet individual and branch financial goals.
- Conduct regular audits of cash drawers, balances, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and educate them on digital banking tools.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking or retail cash-handling environment.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific core banking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch operations.
