Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital transactions
- Process complex financial transactions with 100% accuracy
- Proactively identify and cross-sell premium banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations
- Train junior tellers on advanced cash handling protocols
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with diplomatic solutions

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume teller experience
- Proven cash handling accuracy with zero discrepancies
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- BA in Finance or related field strongly preferred
