Responsibilities
- Process 100+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve complex client inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Actively cross-sell premium banking products (CDs, loans, credit cards)
- Lead branch cash management procedures and audits
- Mentor junior tellers on compliance and service standards
- Collaborate with business development team on client acquisition
- Maintain strict adherence to FINRA and federal banking regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience
- Proven cash handling accuracy with reconciliation skills
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Reg E, Reg Z, and BSA/AML protocols
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Fiserv core banking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
