Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized financial guidance and cross-selling initiatives
- Operate advanced banking systems including digital check imaging and multi-currency processing
- Lead teller team training and process optimization initiatives
- Resolve complex client inquiries with diplomacy and regulatory expertise
- Support branch security procedures and anti-fraud detection protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail banking experience with proven cash handling expertise
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and sales aptitude
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Spanish bilingual certification highly desirable
