Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts, fraud prevention, and digital banking tools
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Train junior tellers on cash handling procedures and customer service excellence
- Balance cash drawer daily with zero discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in meeting sales objectives and customer satisfaction goals
- Proficient in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- NC Notary Public certification preferred
- Associates degree in finance or business preferred
