Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products
- Execute complex transactions including wire transfers and merchant services
- Train junior tellers on compliance procedures and customer service standards
- Maintain strict adherence to federal banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of banking or cash handling experience
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship building
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with diverse clientele
