Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions with 99.5% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch managers
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Train and mentor new teller staff on operational procedures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch audits and regulatory examinations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in banking or retail
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Nevada Notary Public license or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in Spanish (bilingual) preferred
