Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99% accuracy while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with 150+ active clients through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve complex account inquiries and disputes with empathy and efficiency
- Cross-sell banking products including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Maintain strict cash management protocols and audit standards
- Train junior tellers on new systems and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking with proven cash handling expertise
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
- Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
