Responsibilities
- Execute multi-state payroll processing with 100% accuracy for bi-weekly and monthly payrolls
- Manage garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and complex fringe benefit calculations
- Lead payroll system implementations and upgrades (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred)
- Conduct rigorous payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with regulatory bodies (DOL, IRS)
- Develop payroll reports for executive leadership and HR analytics
- Mentor junior payroll staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Enterprise or similar payroll platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Payroll Systems Associate (PSA) certification
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and multi-state tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR Management
- Expert Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Experience with SAP HR or Oracle HCM integrations
