Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market trends to assess credit risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk mitigation strategies for commercial lending decisions
- Monitor existing portfolios and recommend portfolio adjustments based on changing economic conditions
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure tailored credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of credit assessment frameworks and banking regulations
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Experience with lending software (e.g., Moody's, Fiserv)
