Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions with precision and speed while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized financial guidance and trust-building
- Lead branch operations during peak hours, balancing cash drawers and resolving discrepancies
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for credit products and investment services
- Mentor junior tellers on compliance protocols and customer interaction best practices
- Implement advanced fraud detection measures using digital banking tools
- Contribute to branch performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience with demonstrated transaction accuracy
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Proven ability to resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in core banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Seattle-based with flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- BA/BS in Finance or related field or equivalent professional certification
