Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining client confidentiality
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products
- Lead branch operations during peak hours and mentor junior staff
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Execute daily cash management procedures and reconcile accounts
- Collaborate with commercial banking team on high-net-worth client referrals
- Participate in quarterly branch audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking with proven sales achievements
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Proficiency in core banking systems (Fiserv, Jack Henry, or equivalent)
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid Michigan Notary Public certification
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML compliance regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
