Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve complex client inquiries regarding accounts, fraud prevention, and digital banking platforms
- Cross-sell premium financial products including credit lines, investment accounts, and insurance
- Maintain strict regulatory compliance (BSA/AML) documentation and audit procedures
- Train junior tellers on operational protocols and customer service excellence
- Process commercial transactions and manage business client relationships
- Contribute to branch revenue goals through proactive financial consultations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of banking experience with proven cash handling expertise
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and fraud detection protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Track record of exceeding cross-sales targets in financial services
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
