Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and troubleshoot banking errors using problem-solving skills
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Train new tellers on operational procedures and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in banking or retail
- Proven ability to manage cash transactions with precision
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid KY driver's license and clean background check
