Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions with precision while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Act as primary resource for resolving customer inquiries and service issues
- Support branch operations through cross-training in lending and wealth services
- Mentor junior tellers on compliance protocols and operational excellence
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial institution
- Proven ability to maintain 100% accuracy in transaction processing
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- BA in Finance or Business Administration preferred
