Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve account discrepancies and escalated customer concerns efficiently
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet client needs
- Train and mentor junior tellers on operational procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Contribute to branch performance goals through cross-selling initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial institution
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Proficient in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
- Associate's degree in Finance or related field preferred
