Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.8% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve complex client inquiries regarding accounts, fraud prevention, and digital banking tools
- Actively promote and cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA regulations and anti-money laundering protocols
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Collaborate with branch manager to optimize customer flow and service efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Reg CC, EFTA, and BSA compliance requirements
- Proven ability to resolve high-pressure client situations with empathy
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- BA/BS in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
