Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loans, and wire transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints with exceptional diplomacy
- Cross-sell banking products and services tailored to client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and security protocols
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Contribute to branch performance metrics through upselling and referral generation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML)
- Exceptional cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
