Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Resolve complex client inquiries regarding account balances and services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products
- Maintain strict adherence to federal banking regulations
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash drawers and accounts
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bank teller experience
- Proven cash handling expertise with minimal discrepancies
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
