Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with 100% accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Lead payroll processing for 50+ employees and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals during fiscal cycles
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial integrity
- Train junior staff on accounting software and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Xero
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, tax codes, and SOX compliance
