Responsibilities
- Process high-volume financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Conduct precise cash management and daily reconciliation
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations
- Mentor junior tellers on operational excellence

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking or customer service
- Proven track record in cash handling and transaction accuracy
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
