Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular portfolio reviews
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic networking and referrals
- Stay current on market trends, tax regulations, and investment products
- Mentor junior advisors while achieving quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) certifications required
- 5+ years of experience in financial services with proven sales track record
- CFP designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro)
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
